All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds unless the item is sold out. We’re happy to offer exchanges if we have the item in stock. Any orders flagged as fraudulent will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
All pre-made items will ship out within the next 1 - 2 weeks. Pre-order items will ship out 3–6 weeks after the site closes. We’re not responsible for any customs charges that may come up during delivery. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAPPENS AFTER ITEM LEAVES OUR POSSESION
